As CEO of Vancity Community Investment Bank, Jay-Ann leads a bold impact-driven mission dedicated to redefining success in the finance sector, ensuring measurements include not only profit but also indicators for how communities are strengthened and how our planet benefits.
Jay-Ann joined VCIB, a subsidiary of Vancity Credit Union, after nearly four years in senior leadership roles at Vancity, most recently as senior vice-president of digital solutions and business technology where she led the development and implementation of a new core banking system.
Originally from Toronto, Jay-Ann now leads her team, starting in this region, to deliver on their purpose-driven mandate to bring to the rest of Canada a unique business model that works to ensure money is being put to good use for organizations doing good for their communities.
Jay-Ann brings more than 20 years’ experience as a senior executive. She draws on a wealth of transformation and change management expertise from previous roles in Crown, private and municipal organizations including the B.C. Lottery Corporation and Coast Capital Savings.
