Jaymin Kim

Associate, Common Wealth

Jaymin is an associate at Common Wealth, a mission-driven business whose objective is to contribute to a world where all people, regardless of how much they earn or how they work, have access to a high-quality workplace retirement plan. Jaymin helps design and build new collective retirement plans, including Common Good, an initiative to create a national, portable retirement income plan for Canada’s non-profit and charitable sector.

Jaymin was previously a manager at the MaRS Centre for Impact Investing, where she specialized in advising on and structuring impact investment vehicles. She also volunteers as a guide for The Resolution Project, a global non-profit fostering youth leadership development through social entrepreneurship.

Jaymin graduated from Harvard University magna cum laude with a BA in social studies, and from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Commonwealth Scholar, with an MPhil in innovation, strategy and organization.
