Albert Tseng

Co-founder, Dao Foods

Albert has over 15 years of experience in management consulting, public sector policy/strategy development, and business development in the private sector.
He is the co-Founder of Dao Foods, a cross-border venture that seeks to introduce innovative and climate-friendly protein products into the Chinese market. He is also the Founder and Principal of Moonspire Social Ventures, a consulting firm that provides advisory services to social enterprises, corporations, and development organizations in the areas of innovative inclusive business models, impact investing and private sector solutions for global poverty and health. Clients include the United Nations and the Rockefeller Foundation.
Previously, Albert worked as COO and Strategic Advisor to the CEO for Blue Dot Inc., as a consultant for the United Nations Development Programme, and as a Programme Manager for the Clinton Foundation. He has also worked for Optium Health Solutions, Massachusetts General Hospital, and the University Health Network, and has extensive experience on boards of non-profits including as the Chair of Board for CCYAA, an organization in Toronto focused on youth leadership development through sports and community programs.
Albert has a Masters of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
